You will process orders, advise on products, manage stock, and collaborate with team members to drive sales. This role offers performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail or B2B sales environments.
• Leadership roles with profit and loss responsibility preferred.
• Experience working with HVAC products or related equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting HVAC products and supplies.
