Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with HVAC/R product selection and supplies.
• Process orders accurately and handle cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Maintain product knowledge, pricing, and provide recommendations.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with regular inventory counts.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical issues.
• Complete paperwork for invoices, returns, and warranty claims.
• This role may require occasional travel for training or meetings.
