Job summary

Lennox National Account Services in Salt Lake City is hiring a Branch Manager to lead maintenance, service and installation of commercial HVAC equipment. You will drive safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction while supervising a small team and managing inventory and crew efficiency.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years experience, HVAC knowledge, and certifications like NATE and EPA.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education required.
• 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.
• P&L management experience with track record preferred.
• Ability to travel in local market; occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Competent in MS Office; strong communication skills.
• NATE certification within first full year; EPA Type I/II or Universal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 4–10 employees and direct work activities.
• Ensure safety, productivity and on-time arrivals.
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment and materials.
• Review reports to measure productivity and costs.
• Interpret blueprints and job orders; assign duties.
• Support training, interviewing and employee development.
