• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and discipline direct reports; manage Counter Sales staff.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and protect assets from theft or damage.
• Demonstrate effective communication and accountability; uphold SOX controls.
• Assign tasks and organize displays; ensure clean, accessible product areas.
• Contribute to cost control, business strategy, and new business development.
• Support marketing strategy and HVAC technical questions.
