Job summary

The role requires at least three years of sales and management experience in HVAC wholesale. A high school diploma or technical degree is preferred; Infor M3 ERP experience is a plus. Salary range: $90,000–$120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Three years’ sales and management experience with a wholesale organization selling HVAC products and services within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Thorough knowledge of the HVAC supply business.
• Experience with Infor M3 ERP System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs all branch activities and ensures branch objectives are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Develops and implements quarterly and annual branch business and sales plans.
• Establishes budgets, monitors costs, and manages assets to maximize profitability.
• Recruits, hires, coaches, and develops employees; ensures proper authority and responsibilities.
• Maintains safety and compliance, and fosters harmonious customer, vendor, and team relationships.
