Job summary

Coolman HVAC Supply seeks a Branch Manager for the new Burbank, CA location. The role leads daily operations, oversees 4–7 staff, and ensures inventory accuracy while driving sales growth in HVAC supplies.

You will partner with the Director of Operations on business development and collaborate with other branches to optimize company performance. The position offers a full-time schedule from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with base pay $75,000–$100,000 DOE plus commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of inventory control experience.
• 5+ years leading a team of 4+ individuals in industrial retail/manufacturing/trades.
• 2+ years HVAC sales experience required.
• Ability to lift 50–250 pounds with assistance.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders safely.
• Proficient with Windows, Google Apps, and inventory systems.
• Experience with Shopify POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead a team of 4–7 individuals and drive daily tasks.
• Maintain inventory control and reorder stock as needed.
• Support sales by assisting customers and developing opportunities.
• Assist warehouse team with order pulling and loading.
• Provide HR support, coaching, and staff development.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations on business development.
• Coordinate with other branches to support company operations.
• Manage branch finances and reporting.
