Job summary

HomeTown Services is seeking a Multi-Branch Sales Manager to oversee revenue-producing sales across several branches, leading 20–60 Comfort Advisors and related staff. You will drive closing performance, margin protection, and opportunity generation across $15M–$35M annual revenue, partnering with GMs, Dispatch, and Install Leaders to optimize the full customer journey.

Expect daily coaching, KPI tracking, and strong leadership in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales leadership experience in home services or related industries.
• Strong coaching, communication, and people leadership to motivate teams.
• Deep understanding of KPI-driven management and data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple branch sales teams and drive revenue growth across sites.
• Monitor KPIs, coaching, and performance improvements; ensure disciplined selling.
• Enforce pricing standards and maximize gross margin; manage discounts.
