Job summary

The role requires hands-on leadership, Kronos payroll oversight, and strong HVAC knowledge or the ability to learn quickly. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with a college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• HVAC wholesale knowledge is highly preferred or quick learning ability.
• Proven customer service experience with high satisfaction.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Review hours, PTO, and payroll using Kronos.
• Maintain branch profitability, productivity, and audits.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Lead safety, compliance, and branch process improvements.
• Coordinate with Credit and Regional teams on credit and reports.
• Drive growth goals and profitability through effective leadership.
