Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in branch/warehouse operational management
• 3+ years of experience in customer service
• HVAC experience

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for supporting regional sales and operations activities and overseeing all aspects of the branch.
• Create and maintain a culture of Zero Harm and ensure PPE compliance.
• Manage customer relationships and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop and train all employees at the branch to ensure efficient operation and proper coaching.
• Maintain inventory control with 98% SKU accuracy.
• Manage shipping and receiving activities and product selection for the location.
• Oversee pricing and margins on orders and administer warranty policies.
