Hercules Industries is seeking a Branch Manager in Casper to lead all branch activities, drive sales, and manage costs. The role calls for direct supervision of staff, budget oversight, and safeguarding a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Three years’ sales and management experience in HVAC wholesale.
• High School diploma or two-year technical degree or more preferred.
• Experience with Infor M3 ERP System a plus.

Responsabilités

• Directs all branch activities to meet efficient cost objectives.
• Develops and implements quarterly and annual branch business and sales plans.
• Establishes volume and profit objectives and budgets for the branch.
• Maintain a safe, well-organized branch environment and train staff.
• Coach and develop employees and manage resources and tasks.
