Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, and 4 to 6 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience leading a fast-paced service organization and growing a business.
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch P&L, revenue, margin and EBITDA targets.
• Supervise branch operations, including workforce planning, scheduling, dispatch, and resources.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to drive customer growth and project delivery.
• Ensure safety programs are followed and training compliance maintained.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative branch culture aligned with company values.
