Job summary

United Rentals in Manassas, VA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Power/HVAC division. You will hire and coach a diverse team across sales, service, maintenance and drivers, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive branch profitability through strong business discipline and strategic initiatives.

You will oversee safety programs, prepare financial reports, and align operations with company standards. A Bachelor’s degree and solid leadership are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with profit-and-loss responsibility experience.
• Strong sales and customer service background required, outside sales preferred.
• Proven leadership and team-motivation abilities with good communication.
