Job summary

Climate Pros seeks a Branch Manager to lead the overall branch performance. You will plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control branch activities to hit revenue goals while maintaining strong customer focus and brand standards.

The role requires ledership of service and construction operations, budget oversight, and collaboration across sales, project delivery, and field teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, plus 4–6 years related experience or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years leading a fast-paced service organization with growth experience
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead branch growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Oversee branch operations, scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation
• Nurture customer relationships with Account Management and Business Development
• Review customer lists to maximize growth with existing clients and identify new opportunities
• Ensure safety programs and training compliance across branch activities
• Manage P&L, expenses, and KPI tracking to meet financial objectives
