Job summary

HSBMA LLC is seeking a Mechanical Technician to maintain and oversee multiple facility systems including air compressors, boilers, chillers, and HVAC. The role requires regular status checks, fueling, replacements, and cleaning, with actions taken during malfunctions or damages to ensure continuous operation.

The position involves hands-on maintenance across NMP recovery, water softeners, LNG lines, and various pumps, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and accurate log updating.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in EV battery, auto part, automobile industry, or similar high-volume manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures in English.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine floor operations, equipment maintenance, and quality inspections.
• Operate under direct supervision and follow standard instructions.
• Maintain and inspect air compressors, boilers, chillers, HVAC and related facilities.
• Disassemble, clean, lubricate, test components, and replace filters as needed.
• Document maintenance logs and ensure safety procedures are followed.
