Krgstaffing is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for a global manufacturing facility. The role focuses on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing critical utility systems including boilers, chillers, and HVAC equipment to ensure safe and efficient building operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring with the Building Management System, performing preventive maintenance via CMMS, troubleshooting issues, supporting water treatment, and adhering to OSHA/LOTO safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial HVAC.
• Knowledge of boilers, chillers, pumps, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with safety, OSHA, and LOTO regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain steam boilers, water chillers, air compressors, and HVAC equipment.
• Monitor performance with Building Management System (BMS) and respond to alarms.
• Perform preventive maintenance using CMMS including inspections and replacements.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and repair or replace components to return to service.
• Support site water treatment program and monitor water quality.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Maintain maintenance records and logs.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for operations.
• Follow OSHA, LOTO, and environmental safety regulations.
• Operate aerial lifts and other access equipment as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.

A global manufacturer seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical facility utility systems, including boilers, chillers, air compressors, and HVAC equipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient building operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain steam boilers, water chillers, air compressors, HVAC equipment, pumps, air handlers, and related mechanical systems
• Monitor equipment performance using the Building Management System (BMS) and respond to alarms or abnormal operating conditions
• Perform preventive maintenance, including inspections, filter and belt replacements, lubrication, and other scheduled tasks using the CMMS
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, repair or replace components, and return systems to service
• Support the site`s water treatment program by conducting routine testing, monitoring water quality, and maintaining chemical inventory
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, operating logs, and inspection reports
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal maintenance teams to support facility operations
• Follow OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and all environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Operate aerial lifts and other powered access equipment as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency equipment outages when required
