Job summary

Air-Flow Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented bids facilitator to support Outside Sales. You will manage initial bid steps, monitor documents, and maintain communication with customers and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus the ability to read mechanical drawings and HVAC terminology. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1+ year in mechanical contracting. On-site location in Warrendale, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in Mechanical Contracting or related.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to read drawings and plan rooms.

Responsibilities

• Compile bidding opportunities from contractors’ requests, plan rooms and websites.
• Review plans/specs to identify bid opportunities.
• Communicate with contractors for clarifications on bidding documents.
• Coordinate with sales to prepare and send bids to contractors.
• Ensure bids are complete and sent on time; coordinate with product reps as needed.
• Enter project data into the company tracking system and keep it current.
• Support estimators with up-to-date plans, specs and addenda.
