Job summary

You will prepare equipment layouts, schedules, and submittals, ensuring accurate specifications for project success. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in engineering systems or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals and HVAC concepts and operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with outside sales to promote, estimate, and quote product lines.
• Prepare pre-designs, layouts, and equipment specs.
• Create submittals and equipment bid pricing.
• Assist with training and developing Equipment Application Engineer interns.
• Order entry and job hand-off documentation.
