Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in apartment communities.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general upkeep.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
• Maintain and repair residential components such as showers, sinks, doors, cabinets, walls, and exteriors.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to residents and teams.
• Respond to service requests and tickets efficiently.
