• Apartment maintenance: 1–2 years experience.
• Property maintenance: 1–2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repairs, plumbing fixes, appliance servicing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
• Maintain and repair showers, sinks, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to residents, clients, and internal teams.
• Respond to resident service requests and maintenance tickets efficiently.
