Job summary

Bemore Staffing Llc is seeking seasoned Maintenance Technicians to support multiple apartment complexes in the Glen Burnie area. The role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work with emphasis on safety and resident service.

HVAC certification is preferred and EPA certification is a strong plus.
At least 6 months of maintenance experience in an apartment community or similar setting.
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required.
Background check completion is mandatory.
Own basic hand tools for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Execute a wide range of maintenance duties including basic electrical and plumbing repairs, appliance servicing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
Maintain and repair structural elements such as fixtures, appliances, doors, cabinetry, walls, and outdoor spaces.
Provide outstanding service to residents, clients, and colleagues.
Address resident service requests with promptness and professionalism.
Ensure all units meet established standards prior to new tenant move-ins.
Carry out scheduled annual preventative maintenance procedures.
Support groundskeeping activities when necessary.
Contribute to special projects as directed by management.
