Job summary

BeMore Staffing is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for temporary and temp-to-hire positions at apartment communities in the Queenstown area. HVAC experience and EPA certification are encouraged.

Candidates should have hands-on maintenance skills and reliable transportation. Responsibilities include general upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance, plus excellent customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of maintenance experience in apartment or similar setting.
• HVAC knowledge or EPA certification is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Basic hand tools required for daily tasks.
• Independence and ability to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Repair and maintain building structures and fixtures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and staff.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests.
• Prepare units for new move-ins and ensure community standards are met.
• Complete annual preventative maintenance as scheduled.
• Assist with grounds maintenance as needed.
• Support special projects from management.
