Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Repair and maintain fixtures and building components.
• Deliver excellent service to residents and team members.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare units for new move-ins meeting required standards.
• Support annual preventative maintenance programs.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and minor landscaping as needed.
• Support management with special projects.
