Job summary

The Jamar Company is seeking an Account Manager for our Bartingale Mechanical division in Eau Claire, WI. You will be the trusted liaison for clients, coordinating solutions with service and operations teams to meet long-term facility goals.

You will manage maintenance agreements, analyze customer needs, and travel locally to sites as required. Proactive relationship-building and strong problem-solving skills are essential for driving account growth.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in HVAC or related sector with client account management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems to manage accounts and track activity.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as primary contact.
• Meet with clients to understand needs, goals, and long-term facility plans.
• Manage preventive maintenance and service agreements to align with customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal service/ops teams to solve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand services.
• Monitor account performance and provide customer reports and recommendations.
• Travel regularly to local and regional client sites.
