Job summary

Air Control Concepts is seeking an Account Executive in Charlotte, NC to sell HVAC equipment, systems, and services while delivering technically sound, customer-focused solutions to commercial and residential customers. You will develop strategic relationships, influence HVAC design, manage complex sales projects, and deliver competitive bids aligned with growth objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or four years of field sales experience, preferably in HVAC.
Proficient reading/writing English; able to communicate with customers and teammates.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with customers, engineers, contractors, and manufacturers to achieve sales goals.
Demonstrate technical expertise to build credibility and trust.
Lead sales calls from preparation to close and follow-through.
Determine project needs to meet HVAC system requirements.
Influence system design and Basis of Design (BOD).
Develop competitive estimates, proposals, and cost/benefit analyses.
Negotiate contracts and develop marketing plans for accounts.
Collaborate with Estimator, Project Coordinator, PM, and Lead Engineer.
Coordinate submittals, warranties, and specifications.
Troubleshoot product issues and manage project installation from start to finish.
