Job summary

QFocus Technologies LLC in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an experienced HVA Emulation Verification Engineer to drive pre-silicon validation for complex AI infrastructure SoCs. You will build and maintain emulation platforms using Cadence Palladium, Synopsys ZeBu, or Siemens Veloce, and optimize flows with SystemVerilog, C/C++, and Python.

You will lead verification efforts, smoke-test emulation flows, and collaborate with design, verification, and software teams to accelerate bug finding before silicon

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hardware verification and/or emulation roles.
• Hands-on work with major emulation platforms (Palladium, ZeBu, Veloce).
• Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog and SVA/UVM.
• Strong scripting for automation (Python, Perl, Tcl, Shell).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pre-silicon emulation platforms.
• Integrate RTL onto emulation, optimize synthesis and performance.
• Run smoke verification to flush emulation flow issues.
• Support validation with bare-metal and OS-based tests on emulation platform.
• Collaborate with design, verification and SW teams.
• Develop automation scripts to manage regressions and improve efficiency.
• Interface with emulation vendors to resolve tool issues independently.
