DEPCOM Power is seeking a High Voltage Substation Superintendent to lead field execution of HV substation, transmission, and interconnection scopes on large-scale power projects. You will oversee subcontractors, guide safety, quality, and schedule performance from site prep through energization, and drive critical milestones with PBM-aligned leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-voltage electrical systems, substations, transmission lines or interconnection scopes.
• Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring contract scope, schedule and quality.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage subcontractors executing HV substation and transmission work, ensuring safety, compliance and quality.
• Oversee full HV construction lifecycle from site prep to energization readiness.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental and quality standards across HV scopes.
