Job summary

Hayden Power Group seeks a Substation Working Foreman/Superintendent for high voltage electrical construction. Lead and coordinate multiple projects, manage crews, and ensure safety and quality across commercial/industrial substations.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and field leadership, with travel to sites as needed and ongoing collaboration with customers and management. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Oversee multiple electrical construction projects with in-house crew.
• Travel may be required to out-of-town sites.
• Expertise in 138kV, 69kV and 15kV equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership to manage teams.
• Journeyman license and OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all project aspects with management and subcontractors.
• Mentor foremen, journeymen and apprentices.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Hayden safety program.
• Review change orders and manage materials.
• Travel to project sites as required.
