Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with high-voltage electrical systems, substations, or interconnection scopes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and specs.
• Experience managing subcontractors and upholding contract scope, schedule, and quality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage subcontractors performing HV substation and transmission work safely and to standard.
• Oversee the full HV construction lifecycle from site setup to energization readiness.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance across HV scopes.
• Develop and enforce a 3-week lookahead schedule aligned with milestones.
• Maintain schedule, budget, and contract compliance while mitigating risks.
• Verify work and site conditions against drawings and specifications.
• Provide clear daily progress reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and PV electrical teams to optimize sequencing.
• Coach field teams and subcontractors under PBM principles.
