Qualifications

• PE license required.
• BS in electrical engineering.
• 20+ years of experience in medium/high voltage substation design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing HV substation design team.
• Oversee equipment layouts, bus configurations, grounding, conduit, cable routing, and protection coordination.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure safety, constructability, and quality standards.
• Develop design standards, talent development, and growth of Dewberry's substation capabilities.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client engagement.
