Rosendin is seeking an experienced HV Engineering Manager to lead a design group on Substation and Transmission projects. You will supervise 1-4 subcontractors, review contracts for potential pitfalls, and work with Project Management to incorporate utility obligations and client requirements.

Proficiency with AutoCAD and Excel is essential, with knowledge of setting bids and design reviews. You will coordinate with Rosendin leadership to align criteria with budget and schedule, perform

Qualifications

Four-year engineering degree from an accredited university.
Not less than 6-8 years of experience in renewable HV substation and transmission construction.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex engineering problems.

Responsibilities

Oversee subcontractors and supervise a design group of 1–4.
Review contracts for potential pitfalls and obligations.
Assist in equipment selection and securing long-lead items.
Incorporate utility obligations into project designs.
Develop SLD/GA drawings for estimating purposes.
Review HV design work by others and specify ratings.
