Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Civil & Mechanical On-Site Superintendent to lead field activities for substation, BESS, and large-scale solar projects. You will oversee civil, pile, racking, and mechanical scopes, coordinating crews to ensure safe, efficient work in line with drawings, schedule, and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to manage subcontractors, and hands-on field problem solving. Travel and on-site collaboration with project teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and communication in civil construction.
• Experience managing subcontractors or self-perform crews.
• Ability to interpret civil drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site civil construction activities including earthwork, foundations, utilities.
• Oversee structural/mechanical installation and coordination with subcontractors.
• Enforce safety programs and site plans; maintain daily logs and progress tracking.
• Coordinate pre-construction planning and review design documents for constructability.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and discipline leads to ensure schedule adherence.
