Job summary

Earthstream seeks a Senior HV Operations Lead for onshore/offshore HV projects in Rhode Island. You will oversee HV/MV/LV installations, review RAMS, and ensure safety compliance. The role requires experience in commissioning, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across multinational teams.

The position entails 3 weeks on-site rotation with 3 weeks off, and duties include coordinating switching, audits, and safety training. On-site electrical safety expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of operation and commissioning experience in high voltage electricity.
• Offshore experience is preferable for seamless integration.
• Minimum 3 years in onshore substations systems.
• GWO courses and HUET with CA-EBS as site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV electrical operations on site ensuring safety and compliance.
• Delegate scopes of work to Transmission Specialists and Operators.
• Coordinate HV/MV/LV commissioning activities across sites.
• Review RAMS and Method Statements for HV projects.
• Act as senior authorised person for electrical activities.
• Ensure safety rules and procedures are implemented on site.
