Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 8+ years in design and industrialization of high-voltage power electronics.
- Experience with converter topology trade studies and efficiency optimization.
- Hands-on with magnetics, switches, PCB design, EMI/EMC mitigation.
- Familiarity with LTspice, PSpice, MATLAB/Simulink and PCB design tools.
Responsibilities
- Translate system requirements into verifiable high-voltage power-converter solutions.
- Define converter architecture, topology, operating modes, and protection strategies.
- Lead design reviews, DFMEA/DRBFM, and reliability analyses.
- Collaborate with controls, mechanical, thermal, validation and suppliers.
- Direct supplier technical execution and support vehicle-level testing.
