Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in engineering propulsion or automotive systems.
• Engineering first-principles decision-making and analytical modeling experience.
• Experience developing products from concept to production.
• Thermal, electrical and fluid system analysis experience; battery pack familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Create cutting-edge high-voltage battery systems for future GM EVs.
• Collaborate across vehicle, propulsion, cell, thermal, electrical, safety and analysis teams to converge on requirements.
• Develop architectures, select components, and prove designs meet requirements by analysis.
• Benchmark innovations and support trade-off studies to optimize designs.
