You will lead a team of project professionals, collaborate with clients and internal departments, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while advancing growth and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field – often essential.
• 10–15 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 9+ years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven leadership at Director level, with a strong record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, trusted at all levels from boardroom to site.
• Skilled at navigating ambiguity, addressing sensitive issues, and leading cross-functional teams to effective solutions.
• Results-driven, with consistent success in delivering large-scale projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of one or more project managers, commercial managers and lead engineers.
• Reviews project performance through reports from project manager and lead engineers.
• Escalates and mitigates project risks; ensures schedule and budget adherence.
• Maintains H&MV policies/standards on projects and coordinates with safety, procurement, quality, and planning.
• Engages with clients, negotiates variations, and manages expectations throughout tender and project lifecycle.
• Provides monthly project updates to senior management and coordinates with regional operations.
