Based in Huntsville, Dallas/Fort Worth, or Phoenix, the candidate travels to customer facilities and Phoenix Defense operations,

Qualifications

8–12 years in industry; 3–5 years selling precision manufacturing to aerospace/defense.
Proven track record opening OEM or tier‑one accounts and generating orders.
Understanding of AS9100/NADCAP/AS9102 quality requirements.
Willingness to travel 40–50% to customer facilities and Phoenix Defense operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and own OEM relationships, converting them into a qualified pipeline, quotes, and booked orders.
Position Phoenix Defense on supplier lists and through qualification and onboarding processes.
Manage end‑to‑end RFPs: data pack, internal reviews, and timely, compliant quotes.
Transition awarded work to Program Management and maintain the account relationship.
