Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. in Tulsa is seeking a Part Time Hunting Service Shop Associate to maintain and assemble customer and store equipment, including firearms, scopes, archery gear, fishing reels, grills and smokers.

This on-site role requires flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a compensation rate of $17 per hour. Ideal candidates have an associate’s degree or 1–2 years’ related experience and mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Mechanical skills and knowledge.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to complete basic mathematical equations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently provide maintenance and assembly of equipment (-firearms, scopes, archery gear, fishing reels, grills and smokers).
• Maintain accurate records for store and customer equipment.
• Archery repairs: bow setup, tuning, arrow fletching.
• Firearms repairs: mounting scopes/optics, bore sighting, shop packages.
• Ensure a clean and professional environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, and trainings.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
