Job summary

Scheels in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Part Time Hunting and Fishing Sales Associate to join our team on the sales floor. You’ll greet customers, learn product lines, and help customers make confident buying decisions.

Starting pay is $12.00 per hour with potential to earn $17.00–$22.00 hourly plus commission; applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of sales experience, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and or 1-3 months of sales experience

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile
• Grow personal sales by hitting minimum goals and delivering excellent customer service
• Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain its benefits
• Engage with customers to help them make buying decisions
• Attend product training and store meetings
• Maintain a professional appearance on the sales floor
• Assist in other duties as assigned
• Demonstrate basic math and read simple instructions
