Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently provide maintenance and assembly of customer and store equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records for store and customer equipment.
  • Archery repairs, including setup of a bow, tuning and repairs, cutting and fletching arrows.
  • Firearms repairs, including mounting scopes and optics, bore sighting, setup packages for all gun shops.
  • Ensure a clean and professional environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operation manuals.
  • Ability to complete basic mathematical equations.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, and trainings.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by Leadership.

Compensation: Compensation for this position is $17 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently provide maintenance and assembly of customer and store equipment. Equipment includes, but is not limited to: Firearms, scopes, archery equipment, Fishing reels, grills & smokers
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records for store and customer equipment
  • Archery repairs, including: full setup of a bow, tuning and repairs, cutting and fletching arrows
  • Firearms repairs, including mounting scopes & optics, bore sighting, set up packages for all gun shops
  • Ensure a clean and Professional Environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
  • Ability to complete basic mathematical equations
  • Ability to work a varied schedule to include weekends, evenings, holidays, and scheduled training meetings
  • Complete other duties as assigned by Leadership
Education & Experience

The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree from a 2-year college or technical school, or 1-2 years of related experience and training, as well as mechanical skills and knowledge.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.

Heavy work –

Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
