Qualifications

• Associate degree from a 2-year college or technical school, or 1-2 years of related experience and training.
• Mechanical skills and knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently provide maintenance and assembly of customer and store equipment, including firearms, scopes, and archery gear.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records for store and customer equipment.
• Perform archery repairs: bow setup, tuning, and arrow work.
• Perform firearms repairs: mounting scopes, bore sighting, and setup packages.
• Ensure a clean and professional environment.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operation manuals; perform basic math.
• Work a varied schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Leadership.
