Job summary

Sasser Restoration is seeking a driven Business Development professional in Texas who actively pursues new restoration opportunities. This role requires cold outreach, in-person visits, and constant networking to secure new business with commercial clients and referral partners.

The right candidate will manage a robust pipeline, respond quickly to losses, and work with operations to convert opportunities into active projects across the Texas market.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Experience identifying and pursuing restoration or related opportunities.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and pursue new restoration opportunities throughout the Texas market
• Generate new business through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, referrals, and relationship building
• Stay connected to the local market and identify water, fire, storm, and other property-loss opportunities
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, commercial property owners, insurance professionals, adjusters, contractors, and other key referral partners
• Respond quickly when new loss opportunities arise and work to position Sasser Restoration as the preferred restoration partner
• Prospect for commercial accounts and develop relationships before a loss occurs
• Pursue emergency response and preferred-vendor opportunities with commercial clients
• Attend networking events, association meetings, industry events, and community functions
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and opportunities
• Conduct consistent follow-up with prospective clients
• Work closely with operations and leadership to transition new opportunities into active projects
• Track business development activity, leads, opportunities, and results
• Meet or exceed established sales and business development goals
