Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) who excels in prospecting and opening doors with new potential clients. This role requires a true hunter mindset, fearless outbound outreach, and creative ways to engage prospects.

You will generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, SMS, and other prospecting strategies. Travel to industry conferences and events is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales or BDR/ SDR experience.
• Confident and articulate when making cold calls daily.
• Experienced in using LinkedIn to identify and message prospects.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and events as needed.
• Persistent and resilient, capable of handling rejection.
• Familiar with CRM platforms and sales outreach tools.

Responsibilities

• Make 80-100+ outbound calls daily to target accounts and qualify leads.
• Execute multi-channel prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and SMS.
• Travel to conferences/trade shows and engage attendees with events team.
• Identify decision-makers and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Map target accounts and tailor outreach to increase connection rates.
• Keep accurate records of outreach and interactions in the CRM.
