Auto-Chlor System in Everett, WA is hiring a New Business Development Representative (Hunter). You will pursue new business with restaurants and local businesses, make 20–30 in-person cold calls daily, and build a strong pipeline in your protected territory.

Expect a base salary plus uncapped commission, a company car, gas card, cell phone, and tablet. You will receive 100% paid training and have strong growth potential within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A valid driver’s license and a hunter’s mindset.
• Confidence in cold knocking and calling—you’re not afraid to hear “no”.

Responsibilities

• Make 20-30 in-person cold calls per day to restaurants and local businesses.
• Build a strong pipeline and close new accounts within your protected territory.
• Network, strategize, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Attend weekly team meetings for coaching, support, and recognition.
