Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is looking for a New Business Development Associate for the Commercial Dishwashers division in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on expanding revenue through new business, lead development, and strategic prospecting across the territory.

You will benefit from a strong base salary with uncapped commissions, an extensive car package, and a structured 12-week training program designed to accelerate learning and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience B2B or successful completion of an Auto-Chlor sales training program.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generating revenue and meeting sales targets.
• Developing and qualifying leads within territory to drive opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation.
• Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls and product presentations.
• Solid base salary plus commission potential.
• Extensive car package (lease/gas/insurance/maintenance).
• Quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.
