Auto-Chlor System in Baltimore, MD, is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to develop new business in Northern Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania. This is a hunter role with a protected territory and a $42,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.

You'll build your own pipeline by meeting business owners, cold calling, and prospecting restaurants and other commercial businesses, managing your sales cycle from prospect to close, and earning first-year earnings of $75,000–$90,000.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Willing to train the right candidate.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business within a protected territory.
• Meet business owners and decision-makers face-to-face.
• Generate leads through cold calling and networking.
• Lease commercial dishwashing equipment and sell companion products.
• Manage sales pipeline from prospect to close.
• Build relationships with customers and branch team.
• Ramp-up earnings guarantee during first 3–4 periods.
