Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a HUMINT Collection Manager in the United States to lead collection requirements and collaborate with SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT for robust all-source intelligence fusion.

You will draft, validate, and track collection needs, evaluate sources, and provide timely feedback to collectors. The role includes preparing high-level briefings for senior leaders and ensuring mission readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Intelligence Collection Management.
• 3+ years of experience with HUMINT operations and methodologies.
• Knowledge of DoD/IC collection systems, architectures, and databases (HOTR, CHROME, RIGHTMS).
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Draft, validate, submit, and track HUMINT collection requirements.
• Evaluate source reliability and information validity.
• Provide feedback to HUMINT collectors to guide future collection efforts.
• Prepare and deliver high-level briefings to senior leadership and command staff.
