Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an OSINT Collection Requirements Manager to develop and manage collection requirements in support of PIRs, RFIs, and other intelligence needs. You will coordinate across intelligence disciplines and collaborate with analysts, mission partners, and clients to close gaps and align priorities.

This role requires 8+ years in intelligence operations or collection management and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in intelligence operations, collection management, or related functions.

Responsabilités

• Develop, coordinate, validate, and manage collection requirements.
• Identify gaps and determine new standing or time-sensitive requirements.
• Synchronize collection activities and assess posture to stay aligned with priorities.
• Collaborate with analysts, collectors, and mission partners to support multi-INT efforts.
• Support joint exercises and represent collection management processes during staff coordination.
• Improve collection management and intelligence support across the organization.
