Qualifications

• Experience identifying CM access points and methods.
• Knowledge of CM requirements and intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT).
• Ability to search data with available tools for trends or anomalies.
• Ability to develop, plan and coordinate CM system deployment.
• Ability to validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, evaluate and terminate CM programs.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years IC support, or 7+ years IC support in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, establish and develop collection requirements across the IC.
• Track and manage collection requirements and support assessment efforts.
• Provide time-crITICAL recommendations to clients under pressure.
• Share expertise with other collection managers through leadership and mentoring.
• Identify opportunities to help clients meet analytic challenges.
