Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Collections Manager to guide intelligence collection planning and strategy. You will leverage collection platform capabilities and information from GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, CI/HUMINT, and OSINT to support operations and decision makers.

The role requires experience with collection management systems, TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to coordinate with IC/DoD partners. You will work with analysts to address evolving requirements and ensure timely, accurate data for mission

Qualifications

Experience with collection management systems and TCPED lifecycle.
Experience researching data from multiple sources with analytic tools.
Experience validating and coordinating IC requirements and information.
Knowledge of the intelligence cycle or joint targeting.
Ability to crosswalk tactical requirements to strategic objectives.
Ability to collaborate with intelligence analysts to solve problems.
Ability to liaise with IC and DoD partners to enable integration.
TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine collection strategies addressing current and emerging problem sets.
Guide clients in acquiring data to meet objectives using collection platform capabilities.
Validate collected information and refine collection strategies with tradecraft.
