Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a HUMINT Collection Manager at Fort Bragg to draft, validate, submit, and track collection requirements in alignment with priorities and command objectives. You will evaluate sources, provide feedback to collectors, and serve as the primary liaison between intelligence directorates and HUMINT units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Intelligence Collection Management
• 3+ years of experience with HUMINT operations and methodologies
• Knowledge of the Western Hemisphere AOR, including regional threats, geopolitical dynamics, and cultural nuances
• Knowledge of standard DoD/IC collection management systems, architectures, and databases such as HOTR, CHROME, and RIGHTMS
• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Draft, validate, submit, and track HUMINT collection requirements.
• Provide feedback to HUMINT collectors to guide and refine future collection efforts.
• Serve as the primary HUMINT liaison between the intelligence directorate and executing HUMINT units.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT collection managers.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current HUMINT postures and identify intelligence gaps.
